E-mail Issues
Avoid spam issues with Sender Policy Framework
StoreFront sends e-mails to users and administrators on behalf of the print service provider or the company that uses a store. To avoid that such e-mails are incorrectly identified as spam, the print service provider or company may want to use Sender Policy Framework (SPF).
SPF is an e-mail validation mechanism that allows administrators to specify which hosts are allowed to send e-mail from a given domain. This is done by creating a specific SPF record in the Domain Name System (DNS).
The following entry should be used for SPF:
include:spf-a.agfa.com
